INGREDIENTS:
Chicken burger
500g chicken mince
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp breadcrumbs or flour
ASSEMBLY INGREDIENTS:
6 burger buns
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated beetroot
1 cup shredded lettuce
Sliced tomato
6 slices of cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup sweet chilli sauce
METHOD:
1. Combined mince and sweet chilli sauce in a medium bowl and shape into 6 patties.
2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until just firm.
3. Spray a medium frypan with canola spray and cook patties for 3-4 minutes each side, turning once or until cooked through (alternatively, shape patties into meatballs and bake for 7-8 minutes at 180 degrees).
4. Assemble the burger together and enjoy!
